Blue Locust Network is the work of Dr. Andrew Fisher, a retired police officer with over 30 years experience of policing one of the busiest areas in the UK. Blue Locust Network was set up as a consultancy, with Andrew touring the world as a lecturer in Policing and related issues.

Examples of the work undertaken across the world of citizen focus, diversity, community engagement and leadership can be found on the site, along with links to organisations Andrew has worked with and supported.
